Today, most of the legislation passed by the General Assembly during the 2010 Session and signed into law by the Governor take effect. The Division of Legislative Services produces an annual publication entitled “In Due Course” which provides a brief summary of legislation passed by the General Assembly that is of interest to the citizens of Virginia and is likely to impact their daily lives.
